CREEPING RED FESCUE
 
A selection of a CA native Fescue found on a rock at 'Patrick Point' along the northern coast.  Slowly spreading to form dense tufts of attractive silver blue-green leaves.  Best along the coast or in partial shade inland.  Most soils, moderate watering needs.  Useful as a smaller scale ground cover, edging plant, lawn substitute, or native companion plant.  Hardy to 15°
