Low mounding So. African native.  Revered for it’s masses of delicate, wirey flower stalks that stand vertical up to 4’ tall.  When planted in mass, the flowers create beautiful waves of movement with slightest of breezes.  Full sun, regular to occasional watering.  Hardy to 10°.
