ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Minimum order is $50.00
If ordering an item in a quantity of 200 units or more, please contact us to confirm the quantity is currently available. Larger orders may need advanced lead time to produce.
Shipping company used is OnTrac which promises next day shipping after we place a pick-up request.
The shipping and handling cost is including in our listed prices. The cost is calculated at 25% of the product and is not refundable.

HANDLING OF YOUR PLANTS:
Unpack your boxes the same day of arrival. If not planting immediately, remove the plugs and place in the shade and lightly water if needed. Plant carefully to make sure the plugs are not buried too deeply. After planting, lightly cover the planted area with a fine mulch to reduce evaporation and impede weed seeds from establishing. Water generously until established, often at least 4-6 weeks. A safe rule of thumb is to never allow the top 4-6 inches of soil to become dry.

BACKORDERS:
After receiving your order, we will send a confirmation of availability and ship date. Periodically, one or more of the plants ordered will be currently out of stock. You will have the option to select a substitute, or if available soon, postpone shipping date until the item is ready, or we can refund the cost of the missing plant excluding the shipping charges.

REFUNDS
We guarantee our plants are correctly named, in excellent condition and packed with care to ensure you receive a healthy plant. But if for any reason you have a concern with your order, please do NOT discard the plants in question. We ask you notify us as soon as possible after opening the boxes and send a digital photo of the plant to rd.abe@verizon.net. Reimbursement can not be processed without a clear image. If we do agree to a problem with our product, we will promptly refund you the amount of the plant not including the shipping and handling charges of 25% included in our listed prices.
Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for the health of the plant once installed and planted. Too many cultural and climatic variables out of our control can affect the success of a planting. Most common problems are contaminated soil, over-abundance of fertilizer, and or insufficient watering in warmer weather.
PRIVACY POLICY
Grassland Growers values your privacy and security. We do sell any information to third parties. We only use the provided information to complete your order and if requested add to our mailing list.
This site may use cookies and tracking technology commonly used by the browser operating system. Cookies can help customize the site for benefit of the user. Personal information can not be collected by cookies or other tracking systems.
Credit card transactions are handled by a secure, independent authorization service and the information is not accessible to any employees at Grassland Growers.
